   Viscosities

   All TEMPS....5W-40 Failure to use SAE 5W-40 synthetic engine oil in ambient temperatures below 0 F (-18 C) could result in severe engine damage.
   Above -18 C .15W-40 SAE 15W-40 is preferred.
   

   Capacities

   With filter 11.4 litres When the oil is changed, start and run engine to operating temp, stop engine wait approx. 30 min. to let oil in the upper parts engine drain back to the pan. Check the oil level again. Top off with any additional oil as needed.
   

   Notes

   (1) Use API CJ/CK-4 oil that meets specification standards MS-10902 Oil meeting Cummins CES 20081 standards may also be used. Low ash diesel engine oil is required.
